1. Order Cancellations

We accept order cancellations within 12 hours of purchase. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at grasscalstore@gmail.com.

After 12 hours, your order may have already been processed and shipped, and we will be unable to cancel it.

2. Refunds and Returns

We offer refunds or replacements for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, please follow these guidelines:

• Contact us at grasscalstore@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Provide your order number, photos of the product, and a clear description of the issue.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for the following:
✔️ Change of mind after purchase
✔️ Incorrect address provided at checkout
✔️ Packages lost due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
✔️ Items delayed due to shipping carrier issues or customs processing (these are beyond our control)

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at grasscalstore@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.

4. Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier. Unfortunately, Grasscal is not responsible for packages marked as delivered.

If your package is lost during transit and tracking does not confirm delivery, please contact us at grasscalstore@gmail.com, and we will assist you.

5. Return Shipping

In most cases, we do not require customers to return damaged or defective products. If a return is requested, we will provide instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
